Submission by Mail -
with tracking service
We ask that you do not provide us with any picture or item that
is irreplaceable. High resolution (300 dpi) printed reproductions
by a good photography studio are worth your investment; or you can
have a company like FedEx Kinko’s or Office Depot scan your
pictures for you, placing the digital files onto a CD. Please note,
if the picture is exceptionally small, please increase resolution
accordingly.
Then prepare the prints or CD for mailing in a sturdy mailer. See
contact page for address. Clearly mark
your package and each item with your name, contact information and
description of work desired.
If you would like to have a quote before sending your high
resolution scans or prints, feel free to email 72 dpi scans of the
pictures to us beforehand.
Submission by Email
If you prefer to use email, prepare a scan or high resolution (300
dpi) jpegs can be emailed to us. If the original is exceptionally
small, increase the resolution. When emailing, zip each picture’s
file, and send as separate attachments to ensure transmission does
not exceed the restrictions of the email servers. Attachments in
email can produce distortions.
Final Product Format Choices
- emailed digital file(s)
- or printed version on high quality, acid-free glossy paper
(materials/shipping added)
- or on CD (materials/shipping added)
Please be sure to include your contact information and your
instructions for each picture, including final product format.
