Privacy does matter and we realize that it is vital to our right to assist you in preparing a work that is intimately about your life or the life of a loved one. Living Legacies maintains a strict policy of confidentiality: Your Living Legacy work will not be finalized until the draft is read and approved by you or by the Family Contact (person designated when we are preparing a work for a loved one). No work created for you or about your family member will ever be published in any form, tangibly or on the internet, without your express, written permission. If you approve our display of your work as a sample, you can specify the changing of names and dates and other identifying material which we would do at no charge.
