How can I update my information?

Simply sign in to your account.
Click "Account" in the upper menu.
You can update your account info, credit card and
add a trusted contact in case you are not able
to be the administrator.

How do I cancel and download my media?

Living Legacies lets you cancel for free at anytime.
When you do cancel, for a limited time,
you'll be able to purchase all your media for $59.99
We'll send you a download link containing all your media.
Simply go to your account page and click "Cancel".
